h100 Leadership academy

In partnership with Youth Alive, we offer an experience that promises to strengthen your faith and develop you as a leader. The H100 Leadership Academy is for those aged 17-25 and includes undertaking a diploma of leadership, personal coaching, engaging other ministries, and a mission trip short-term.

The H100 Leadership Academy year will change your life, strengthen your faith and equip you for the future wherever that may take you.

 

h100 - Head

Academy students undertake a Diploma of Leadership through Youth Alive / Alphacrucis. This includes a commitment to Thursday's face-to-face lectures in the Hunter. This is a higher education diploma and includes access to fee-help and youth allowance.

(Morling options exist as well)

 

H100 - Heart

Academy students Connect, learn and serve alongside other young leaders from Hunter Baptist Churches. Students also commit to a fortnightly huddle-up, spiritual retreats, and a cross-cultural mission experience.

 

h100 - Hands

All academy students commit to ministry fieldwork either at their local church or a Christian business. This is the equivalent of about one day per week.
